Hard-wearing phone, sleek looks.
I have had this phone well over 2 and a half years. It is always dependable and there when I need it. The camera on the LG Vu is outstanding! It seems like it takes 6MP pictures but really it is 2MP. It has a simple consumer interface and easy to use for the average consumer. The call quality is good too. The only flaw I found really is texting, with a full soup screen QWERTY keyboard, it can be a little inaccurate sometimes. Overall 4/5 on this phone. Small amount it was a nice phone...
Bought this phone as a strength for my mother during Christmas...She had some trouble with it so i master reset and the problems seemed to go away. Within a month (a a handful of of weeks ago) she complained she couldn't charge the phone. I checked and sure enough it couldn't accuse because the Charging port had detached and caved inside of the phone. I contacted the seller for a recur and exchange but they never responded. Fortunately Amazon has a good claim service, i'now just waiting for a cheer up...

This phone is positively great. This was my first purchase online when it comes to buying a phone. This was also my first touch screen phone. The 4 Leading light rating goes to the phone. I've only had it a day, and it's performed very well, but the condition of all the other things that came with it weren't expressly "new". The OEM shop in NYC said that this phone was new. I knew that it was coming with a charger and all the other ammeneties (sorry for off beam spellings) that a phone comes with. When the phone was opened, someone in my house informed me that there were minor wee scratches on the back and several finger prints. I saw these as well and didn't really care, but it made me think about if the phone was in truth new. I started using the phone today, and the battery was obviously not charged well because it just wasn't because it's a new phone. I went to go attack it, and the charger didn't work at all. I thought maybe it was the plug, but when I tried a different twist, the charger still...

excessive phone for a great price
This phone is exceptionally good. The screen is capacitive, unlike the previous Samsung star, so it's really serenely to use. The music player is great, and the phone supports multi-tasking (though it drags the presentation down a bit). Perhaps my favorite feature about this phone is the WiFi. For those of you who don't have a data plan, and don't plan on getting one for the to be to come, the WiFi is a really nice touch because it allows you to browse the internet without being forced in a 2-year contract. Most of the phone that have wifi are smartphone, which carriers are requiring a matter plan with, but this phone is a feature phone. wifi is a great "feature" on a "dumbphone". The only problem I have with this phone is the maddening QWERTY keypad while texting. The keys are really small, and I frequently press the "back" key as a substitute for of the "backspace" key. Diseased and tired of being tied to a contract with AT&T, I want to go for prepaid. I did some researches on several phones including the Sidekick LX. At the end of the day, I decided to abandon my iPhone and go for the Sidekick. Since T-Mobile stop offering data design for Sidekick, I can use this smartphone without spending extra bucks (for the data plan that I rarely use). Reliable featurd phone given its price but durability remains a concern
I received this phone as a favour in September 2009. Everything worked and if you asked me 2 weeks ago I would give it a 4 star.2 weeks a ago all of a sudden the have reference to screen stopped responding to tapping (finger or stylus) and I mean it's totally unresponsive! I didn't smidgen it or pour water over it when it stopped working (normal office/home usage is how I would classify my routine pattern). The only thing is good for is the receiving call via physical button - which renders this phone completely useless unlike other keypad phone even if something dosen't work.I cannot retrieve any data because ally via USB requires tapping - mere 9 months of normal use and the touch screen is dead - I would not get a Samsung phone for a protracted time.

the phone gets beneficent reception, the sound is good. the speaker phone works nice.it takes OK pictures, but it is very excitable to motion and they come out blury for me.the 16Gigabyte micro sd is aswome! I can load all my MP3's on it, and listen for hours.the only unruly I have is a few months ago, I dialed 911. the phone couldnt connect.I'm certain its the service provider, but they vow its my phone.

Bearing in mind unlocked is not a favorable thing by manufacturers, you're most likely not going to find an unlocked phone at a brick and mortar inventory. If you don't want to go the ebay route then try craigslist.
